We  have had a difficult task this year; to make a new, different, cider.

We already had the name ‘Ethical Director’ the name we gave Phil.

We have created the cider as he would have liked it.  A bit sweeter, made the same way, with time and passion, but this time sweetened with freshly pressed local apple juice.

We made it in memory of Phil.
